Heineken Aims to Raise Local Bar Standards
Over 300 bartenders in Singapore will receive training from Master Pourer and Heineken Draught Master Franck Evers to raise Singapore service standards in the 'Art of Pour'.

From Mar 21-23 Master Pourer and Heineken Draught Master, Franck Evers will be training 300 bartenders from Singapore in the art of pouring and serving beer in the 'Art of Pour'; a two-part programme lasting three-hours each. A panel of mystery shoppers will be deployed to participating Heineken watering holes around the island to find Singapore's best bartender and outlet. The programme is intended to contribute to the improvement of Singapore's service standards.
