The M/M Paris art talk presented by Dudesweet may have been postponed til March, but the news is better for the party organizer's indie rock fans.

Much-hyped British band Swim Deep are still Bangkok-bound and set to perform on Feb 7, but the gig has been moved from its original venue, Sonic Ekkamai, to Mongkol RCA Studio (which played host to Unknown Mortal Orchestra last month) due to ongoing renovations.

Sonic, which has been closed since October last year, was initially set to reopen in time to host the fast-rising four-piece. According to the venue's owner, though, it will now open back up in April (date to be confirmed) because they chose to renovate the whole interior rather than just re-install air-con, as first reported. We eagerly await its return.

In related news, Dudesweet announced that this week's gig will be followed up with an after party at Cosmic Café from 10pm featuring a DJ set from Swim Deep plus DJs Boo&Aim, Panlert, Goodenough and Chubbychain.

Early bird tickets for the concert are still available at B1,200 via www.facebook.com/busypartyboy, with prices jumping to B1,500 on the door. The after party is free for those who have a concert wristband and B250 (with 1 drink) without one.
