Must-have Tools for Home Bartenders

Real pros use a Boston shaker, with one big glass and one metal tumbler, not the ubiquitous martini shaker we all have at home.

Muddlers allow you to crush some fresh fruits and herbs into your drink. Crushing is great for mint, as it extracts the aromatic essence.

Your boston shaker doesn’t have a built-in strainer (unlike the martini shaker) so you’ll need this guy to keep the ice out of your drink,

The coupette looks a bit like a martini glass but it can hold more volume, not just a bit of vodka and melted ice. It’s ideal for daiquiris.

The copper mug was the hipster hit of 2015. What does it bring to your drink? Style!
