Five new American craft beers just landed in Bangkok. Each one is available on tap at a different bar, the perfect excuse for an epic bar-hopping tour. We've got them roughly in order for you, ending with the strongest ones. All of them are pretty easy to drink, though, thanks to fresh, floral and citrus notes. They cost just B240 a pint (450ml) and are only available from Dec 15-Jan 15, 2017.
1. Kona, Big Wave, Abv. 4.4%
This golden ale-style craft beer has the tropical tastes of lychee and mango among its hoppy aroma and flavor. Low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, while the clear taste of caramel malt makes it even smoother.

2. Coronad0, Orange Avenue Wit, Abv. 5.2%
Despite the slightly high alcohol level, you can expect this “Califonia wit” remains an easy-drinker—light-bodied and refreshing with a big hint of orange citrus, orange blossom honey and an earthy aroma.

3. Lost Coast, Great White, Abv. 4.8%
A Witbier or Belgian-style white beer. The first sip greets you with strong citrus notes followed by a wheaty/grassy taste, maybe a bit of lemongrass—perfect for a hot day.

4. Ballast Point, Grapefruit Sculpin, Abv. 7%
Known for previous fruity IPAs with flavors of pineapple and watermelon, Ballast Point’s latest take emphasises grapefruit. Though known as a winter fruit, the citrust and hoppy taste make this a summery hit.

5. Bear Republic, Racer 5, Abv. 7.5%
One of America’s most medal winning hoppy IPAs is a full-bodied brew of malted barley, wheat and crystal malt. The mix of all three balances out the taste and highlights the unique floral qualities.
