Grey Goose, a premium vodka from France made from wheat, partnered with the equally posh tea brand Tichaa by Harnn to demonstrate that, yes, tea and vodka do get along. At an East-meets-West themed party featuring Khun-In playing the Thai xylophone (ranad) and hot shot celebrities like Thaitanium, SouthSide and Mark Kingpayom, we tried the following tea-infused cocktails and are happy to report they are super yum. Here's how to make them at home:

1.       Grey Goose Siam Zest

What you’ll need:

-          Grey Goose Vodka (45ml)

-          Lemongrass syrup (30ml)

-          Fresh lemongrass (5 pieces)

-          Fresh lemons (2 pieces)

-          Lemongrass Tea (60ml) – Try Tichaa by Harnn

DIY:

-          Add a lemon wedge, a fresh lemongrass into a mixing glass and muddle. Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Double strain into a highball glass and garnish the drink with lemongrass and (optional) basil spring.

 

2.       Grey Goose Jasmine Bangkok

 

What you’ll need

-          Grey Goose Vodka (45ml)

-          Jasmine syrup (30ml)

-          Coconut cream (22ml)

-          Pandan leaf (1 leaf)

-          Jasmine tea (60ml)

-          Handful of jasmine flowers

DIY:

-          Add half a pandan leaf into a mixing glass and muddle. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Double strain the drink into a rock glass over ice. Garnish with the other half of the pandan leaf and 3-14 jasmine flowers.

 

3.       Grey Goose Tichaa Palmy

What you’ll need:

-          Grey Goose vodka (30ml)

-          Pernod anise (15ml)

-          Palm sugar syrup (30ml)

-          Fresh lime juice (15ml)

-          Egg whites (15ml)

-          Black rice tea (60ml)

-          Star anise (3 pieces)

DIY:

-          Burn the star anise and cover by a soak mixing glass (?). Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain the drink into a martini glass over ice. Garnish with star anise and cardamom.

 

4.       Grey Goose Pyng-Pyng

What you’ll need:

-          Grey Goose vodka (30ml)

-          Bacardi Black (15ml)

-          Orange cardamom (30ml)

-          Angostra bitter

-          Lemon juice (15ml)

-          Clove (4ml)

-          Fresh ginger (2 pieces)

-          Ginger tea (60ml)

DIY:

-          Pour the orange cardamom and lemon juice into a tea cup. Add the Grey Goose vodka, Bacardi Black, angostura bitter and clove into a mug. Mix both ingredients by pouring them four or five times from one mug to the other. Pour this mix and ginger tea into the tea cup with the lime juice and orange cardamom. Garnish with ginger slice on the side.
