So what if Wonderfruit got postponed?

In case you missed it, Thailand's annual music festival Wonderfruit has been pushed from December to February. But there's a great option if you're still looking for an arty, music-filled getaway before the end of the year. Quest Festival is happening Nov 4-6 in Hanoi, which offers some similar vibes: three days of fun, music, movies, performance and workshops.

On the music front, the festival will feature live techno and disco performances by DJs like Dan Lo, Hibiya Line and Nic Ford, from the Observatory Club as well as artists from Hong Kong, like Jack Byrne, Miya, and Ocean Lam, and a bevy of electro producers from Bangkok.

Quest is also collaborating with DocLab Short Film Competition to encourage filmmakers to make a 3-10 min short film based on the theme of mythical star-crossed lovers Son Tinh and Thuy Tinh. The top 10 winning films will be showcased at two art festivals in Vietnam along with cash prizes and tickets to the festival. Future Shorts, the pop up short film festival which takes place in over 300 cities, will also be presenting a line of short films, live music and art performances.
