Patom

This glasshouse-slash-cafe’s takeaway and delivery menus made are all about organic ingredients sourced from Suan Sampran eco-park’s network of farmers. Grab the kai palow (B180)—boiled egg stew with tofu served with rice and kimchi—or the cassia leaf curry with organic pork and rice (B120) for your healthy lunch. Drinks are also made using organic beans and tea leaves, with highlights including cold brew coconut coffee (B130), which is a combination of espresso and organic coconut water from Nakhon Pathom, and traditional Thai tea latte with oraganic milk (B120).

Mama Made Roti (Homemade roti without using margarine)

This one is another one of those glasshouse settings with a forest-like decor packed with ferns and houseplants—everything you want out of an Instagramable bistro. Here, Thai-Muslim cuisine takes center stage, including daily-made roti using butter instead of much less healthy margarine. Signature dishes include roti with beef and green curry (B135), and meat filled muslim pancakes served with cucumber relish (B85). For desserts, opt for the fluffy roti served with four dipping sauces (B145)—classic pandan custard, salted egg custard, the mellow Thai tea custard, and chocolate custard.

Farmfactory

It’s surprisingly easy to let yourself go when you’re eating takeaway all the time (there’s nothing wrong with that!), but to switch things up with some greens, Bangkok’s defacto salad champion is a good place to start.  Many of its best options are at up to a 30-percent discount right now, such as the Avocobb (greens, carrot, sun-dried tomatoes, corn, pecan, avocado, quinoa, garlic bread and avocado dressing, B249),  Special Caesar (romaine, iceberg, parmesan, garlic bread, sun dried tomatoes, roasted chicken and caesar dressing, B204), and Guacamole Mole (greens, tomatoes, lime, corn chip, guacamole, roasted chicken and vinaigrette, B235).

2/F, Silom Complex, Silom Rd., 063-215-1015. Open daily 10:30am-7:30pm. BTS Sala Daeng. 6 other branches in Bangkok.

Exclusively for Citi credit card members:
