The South Beach has become a JW Marriott hotel
Next staycation?
South Beach has probably been one of the hottest openings of 2016, with its exciting bars, restaurants and, most recently, a glam club. Now, we know that the attached hotel, The South Beach, is managed by the JW Marriott, making it the first property of the hotel chain in Singapore.
To recap from the initial opening, the gorgeous space is designed by the renowned designer Philippe Starck and British architects, Foster and Partners, has a whopping 634 guest rooms and suites, great bars and restaurants such as Tonic and Media Bar, two outdoor infinity pools, two sky gardens, 24-hour fitness centre and a majestic ballroom that features a glorious lighting infrastructure “dripping’ from the ceiling. All in all, a great candidate for a year-end staycation.
