For starters, you need to submit a CV to get in.

Soho House, the chain of elitist domains for rich, bohemian, deep-pocketed professionals, has finally unveiled its official opening date for its 39th iteration and the very first club house in Southeast Asia this Feb 20.

Originally founded in London 28 years ago by the club proprietor Nick Jones, the private membership clubhouse has been a magnet for creative minds and schmoozing souls who want a plush space to make connections.

The latest expansion, Soho House Bangkok, which began construction in June, 2022, follows their precursors’ steps, aiming to provide a space for young professionals to connect. Taking over the space from Hotel Eugenia, the private clubhouse boasts a three-story space complete with a bar lounge, pool, and restaurant, all designed by their global house interior designer team.

Here, Soho House Bangkok also partners with local artists, featuring art pieces, custom-made furniture from over 60 Thai artists, and wallpaper, cushions, and silk from Jim Thompson.

How can you get in? For starters, you have to submit your application form via this link and convince the committee your presence can contribute to the house. The clubhouse is renowned for its long waitlists, and the screening processes are expected to take place in every quarter.

The biggest question mark? The fees. There are two options available: One is the Every House membership, which grants you access to all of their 39 clubhouses for B135,000 a year; and the other is the Local House membership that sets you back for B60,000 per year. In the spirit of attracting young and emerging artists, any member under 27 years old will get a 50% discount to their membership fees.
