Shed nostalgic tears.

East Coast Park's beloved Raintree Cove cluster at Long Beach might be closing soon when its lease expires on Feb 28 next year.

According to a report by The Straits Times, tenants like Long Beach Main Seafood Restaurant will have to move out, and 10 other establishments will be affected—among which is Singapore's only drive-through Burger King outlet. While the National Parks Board is taking over the place, there are no confirmed development plans yet.

The possible closure of these establishments will join others like Red House Seafood, No Signboard Seafood, Fisherman's Village and McDonald's, some of which made way last year for development works in the area.
