Charn Issara Development, the team behind Sri Panwa, is collaborating with Junfa Real Estate for a new luxury residential and vacation villa on the unspoiled Natai Beach in the north of Phuket.

Scheduled to open at the end of 2016, the 42-rai Baba Beach Club blends Sino-Portuguese style with retro Shanghai touches. It also boasts beautiful panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, while being only 20 minutes away from Phuket International Airport.    

Part hotel, part residence, the entire project consists of a 16 one-bedroom beach hotel, six five-bedroom, 1,300-square meter beachfront villas, 36 two-bedroom pool villas, 104 one or two bedroom suites, pool suites and penthouses. Prices for the residential bit start at B10.7 million for a one-bedroom suite (110 square-meter), though this is still two years away.
