Thailand's definitive cosplay video comes complete with special effects and sleek production values

It's reached over 10,000 views on Youtube already and it's so far the highest production values we've seen for a cosplay video in Thailand: not only the costumes look amazing but the video is peppered with the occasional magic spell or explosive gun shot--not to mention the smooth steadicam shots throughout. A fun watch that shows just how creative and whimsical the cosplay community is.

A new study, which carefully examined 32,000 selfies in five major cities, sheds new light on our narcissistic photo habits. Surprise: we end up looking pretty healthy compared to Moscow or Sao Paulo.

Finally, Transport Minister Chadchart Sittipunt gets his own video game series

Chadchart turned into a massively viral meme when a picture was shared of him going to his local temple barefoot, in shorts and a sleeveless T, holding a plastic bag with some food for the monks. He's been photoshopped into every possible situation since, where the aura he exudes in that one image seems to confer superhero-like powers unto him. But the crowning moment for any meme mascot is when they get their own video game. Of course, Chadchart, in his total awesomness, got two!

Prices for roses this Valentine’s Day will shock you. But sellers say it’s not their fault.

Every year, it’s the same thing, prices for roses shoot through the roof on Valentine’s Day. Profiteering, or just free market economics? Neither, say sellers. It's the weather!

Why Did Bangkok Drop 23 Ranks in Global Fashion Capitals Ranking?

The Global Language Monitor’s 10th Annual Survey of the World's Top Fashion Cities has just been unveiled. Unsurprisingly, the top three are New York, Paris and London, with the Big Apple beating the  City of Lights by a narrow 0.4 percent. More shocking is the beating Bangkok took this year.
