From Aug 7 to Oct 4, River City Bangkok will be hosting POLLUTION, an exhibition featuring paintings and photographs that explore environmental issues. Two influential artists are behind the showcase: illustrator Gongkan, who recently collaborated on music videos for Lukas Graham and Troye Sivan, and Naraphat Sakarthornsap, who is known for using flowers to explore issues of gender inequality.

As literal as it gets, POLLUTION revolves around the concept of human activities that, either directly or indirectly and intentionally or unintentionally, affect the environment. Through the showcase, the artists hope to encourage viewers to examine their own actions and assess how we can collectively end the cycle of environmental pollution.
