Poolside dining spot The Waterfall at Shangri-La recently introduced a revitalized (and really rather nice) Sunday food offering, simply called, The Brunch. Expect unlimited appetizers, seafood on ice (including four varieties of oysters), a meat carving station and Mediterranean-inspired buffet, as well plenty of dainty desserts. Our favorite though is the croissant-waffle hybrid, a.k.a. the croffle. It’s $118 for brunch only, $158 if you’re in the mood for Taittinger Champagne, herb-inspired cocktails and wine, and $198 if you want the really premium drinks. 

Brunch on options like the gargantuan Mexican Breakfast, a thick chicken and egg quesadilla with fresh guacamole ($25) and hot cinnamon donuts with Nutella fondue ($14) at this slick seaside venue.

Crispy duck egg on a bed of watercress, pancetta, and pearl barley ($19) as well as more conventional mains like eggs Florentine ($18) make their way onto the brunch menu at this hip restaurant and bar helmed by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Abby Lim.

Sample dishes like Cajun Prawns Benny ($25)—a toasted everything bagel with poached eggs and hot sauce—plus sweets like banana hotcakes ($14) in lush green surrounds.

Weekend mornings bring meals like ricotta hotcakes with passion fruit butter ($18), and Skyve’s famed sous vide eggs Benedict ($18). Enjoy a mellow vibe as you eat, the place is all about vintage furnishings and laid-back jazz tracks.

In a neat space that takes full advantage of its high-ceilinged Cluny Court architecture, Relish offers a solid menu of morning meals such as pancakes ($15.80) and the breakfast burger ($20.80) featuring a homemade apple pork sausage patty.

This port of call has a nice ambiance and is the ideal place for power breakfasts by the marina, serving dishes like eggs Benedict ($16) and a DIY omelet (from $16) with fillings like cheddar, smoked ham, and baby spinach.

Offerings like the Nosh Omelette ($16), which is filled with pork confit, sautéed mushrooms and truffle aioli, and the spiced lamb bowl ($22) provide a hearty start to the day.

This cozy spot next to the post office has a menu sporting items like smoked salmon omelet ($20), and almond brioche French toast ($13).

Nibble on sophisticated morning fare like chorizo frittata with wood roasted piquello red pepper ($18), and French toast with caramelized pear and vanilla bean ice-cream ($17) at this swanky spot.
