Miami's popular mega EDM festival just announced that they'll be making a pit stop in Singapore later this year—rumor has it that it'll be happening in September—but if you can't wait that long, head to Ultra Music Festival Korea. Slated to take place in June, headliners include David Guetta, Knife Party, Alesso, Hardwell, DVBBS and Galantis. Tickets start at 120,000 Won ($148). More details here.
Rainbow Festival
The fifth edition of this three-day indie music festival will happen at the picturesque Nami Island, less than a two-hour bus journey from Seoul. Taking the stage are popular Korean acts like Sultan of The Disco, Junggigo, Gray and Kyuhyun from Super Junior. If you’re after the full festival experience, there are also camp sites on festival grounds. A one-day ticket starts at 44,000 Won ($54), while a two-day ticket sets you back 77,000 Won ($95). More details here.
5TARDIUM
Yet another EDM festival to attend, this one has five high-energy stages complete with fireworks display, a giant LED puppet and aerial gymnasts suspended from the ceiling. While the lineup is still sketchy, early bird tickets start at 66,000 Won ($81) while regular tickets cost 88,000 Won ($109). Check here for updates.
