You can do just that at Issaya Cooking Studio’s new mixology class, headed by Adit Vansoh, the man behind the excellent drinks at Namsaah Bottling Trust and Issaya Siamese Club.

 

For B930, you’ll learn how to pour five different cocktails which you can then knock back—definitely cheaper than having the same number of drinks in a high-end bar. Each Friday takes a different theme, such as “Thai herbs” or “Mexican.”
