A walking tour of Jeju Island
One of the most popular destinations in this peninsular nation, Jeju Island's walking festival is a sight to behold.
The Jeju Olle Walking Festival is a yearly walkathon that happens along the scenic roads of the popular Korean island, taking you past a range of scenery, including volcanic mountains, coastline and traditional towns.
Each village along the way also has lots to offer including traditional performances and local foodie goodies. The three-day tour that runs from Nov 6-8 will this year go through Routes 17 to 19, which includes Jocheon Manse Dongsan and Gimnyeong Seo-pogu. Each day begins a new route that is about 18km long and takes roughly seven hours to complete. It might sound like a lot of work, but we've heard the grandiose sights are definitely worth it.
