We're so excited! Our favorite restaurant supply store is having its annual sale, with a poster touting 30 brands, 5,000 products and a crazy 80% off on many items.The sale runs July 3-5 from 10am-8pm and July 6 from 10am-6pm. But this place is pretty popular, so try and take an extra long lunch tomorrow and get there early.

Sia Huat is the go-to place for many of the city's restaurants, but even if you don't have any cheffing aspirations, go pick up one of their little Microplanes, which will zest lime over your DIY cocktail and Parmesan over your homemade Puttanesca with minimal effort. We're also eyeing one of those Swiss, ergonomic Zyliss knives that come in pretty colors and a dozen of those rubber-sealed glass pickling jars--you know, for the Brooklyn windowsill look.
