Forget cruise seasons: Set sail on Royal Carribbean any time in 2015
Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas will offer year-round sailings from Singapore for the first time ever next year.
No need to wait for specific cruise seasons any more: Royal Caribbean has just announced its cruise dates, and its recently revamped ship Legend of the Seas will be offering year-round sailings from Singapore for the first time next year.
Choose from three- to 10-night roundtrip itineraries to destinations such as Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam through November 2015. There'll also be longer trips to embark on, such as two 14-night itineraries to Perth in September, with stops at Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia along the way.
There are lots of spanking new facilities onboard the Legend of the Seas, which has undergone an extensive US$50 million recampn. Each stateroom has been refreshed with amenities like flat-panel televisions, and there are Wi-Fi service, a poolside LED movie screen, a new champagne lounge and aerial-acrobatic performances at the ship's five-deck atrium. Tickets for these cruises are now on sale.
On another note, Royal Caribbean's latest cruise ship Quantum of the Seas (which will debut in November), will also be offering two special sailings in June 2015. The ship will offer cool activities including skydiving at sea with the RipCord by iFly and sight-seeing in the North Star, a glass capsule which provides 360-degree views of the ocean. Tickets will go on sale from May 22.
