First, the Saveur guys brought you affordable French fare. Now, they bring you wallet-friendly Italian food with their new venture Concetto at The Cathay.

The airy two-story space features two open concept kitchens and an indoor garden planted with herbs like rosemary and thyme, which you'll find bits of in your plates. The menu’s divided into four main sections: Earth, Land, Seas and Light, and on offer are creations like pork ravioli ($10.90), crab risotto ($12.90) and pistachio panna cotta ($6.90), all of which come with unexpected ingredients—all part of the fun, we say.

The drinks menu is kept extremely simple so don't expect much, but you can get wine by the glass, alongside mocktails like a Shirley Temple ($3).

For now, the restaurant doesn't take reservations (just like Saveur), but a system is currently in the works. Still, check it out before the crowds really start to pour in.
