The hotel has 386 rooms and is a short walk from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station in the Central Business District. The interior was designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates and includes an impressive lobby with striking crystal chandeliers.

Facilities include the Carlton Club lounge (for Club room and suite guests) on level 28—offering cocktails and canapés—a gym, outdoor swimming pool, all-day dining restaurant Plate, bakery Tuxedo as well as the Graffiti Sky Bar.
