The Park Hyatt Busan is now open in Korean seaside city Busan with 269 guestrooms overlooking Haeundae Beach.

Designed by noted architect Daniel Libeskind, the building has a curved shape (symbolic of Busan’s waves), with 33 floors above ground and six floors below ground level. The interior is the work of Japanese design firm Super Potato.

Food and beverage outlets include the Dining Room (on the 32nd floor), dishing out international fare from an open kitchen, and casual Korean and Western restaurant the Living Room.

Also on-site are fitness facilities like Lumi Spa & Fitness with a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool (built on 65-foot-wide granite stones) and spa treatment rooms, spanning three storeys.

Centrally located, the hotel is nearby city conveniences such as the world’s largest shopping mall Shinsegae Centum City, and the Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre (BEXCO).
