Cozy café Homebodies has thrown open its doors at a space formerly occupied by Absinthe Artisan at Boat Quay.
Homebodies, a café run by the folks behind now closed pop-up Henry Congressional and Smitten Coffee and Tea Bar, is now open in a space formerly occupied by Absinthe Artisan.
The cozy eatery offers a concise menu of coffee (from $3.50), roasted at Smitten, either with or sans milk. Non-caffeinated options include sparkling seltzer ($2.50), craft beers like La Chouffe strong ale ($15) and Hop Devil IPA ($15), as well as three different kinds of absinthe ($15).
Foodwise, there are hot dogs such as the wagyu dog ($10) and the kurobuta pork dog ($10) served up on an original, sunflower seed or brioche bun, and topped with sauerkraut.
