It was with no little sadness that we learned that the original location of brunch stalwart Crepes & Co.’s (02-653-3990) on Sukhumvit Soi 12, which has been around since 1996, will be closing down. In a sign of the times, the lease on the old home with its lush garden has run out and the spot has been sold to real estate developers. Still there is hope, they are moving to a new location in another old house, this time in Langsuan, right behind Calderazzo at the end of Aug. They’ll be serving at Soi 12 until the end of July and you can still drop by their pleasant contemporary space in 8 on Thonglor (02-726-9398) while you wait for the new spot. In further news, there are also plans to open another new branch down in Hua Hin later in the year.
