Here’s an excuse to visit, or revisit South Korea: the international exposition, Expo 2012, is taking place at the new 250,000-sq-meter port in Yeosu, a coastal town in the South, starting from next week (May 12). This year’s theme is “The Living Ocean and Coast” to raise awareness about the diversity of resources, sustainable development and balancing production and consumption from our oceans. Tickets are KRW33,000 (B895) and KRW40,000 (B1,085) for peak days (May 12-13, 26-28, Aug 10-12). The expo lasts until Aug 12—so may be you could bring mom?
