Burger Factory (3 Ekkamai Soi 10, 02-714-4249) is taking homemade to the next level with almost everything on the menu made from scratch—from the patty to the buns. Stay tuned for our Open Door or head there now to check out the industrial décor with cozy touches. The signature Factory Burger, served with caramelized onions, sweet raw onions, and spicy sauce (B290), is already getting some buzz on the Bangkok burger scene, but we also recommend the meaty BBQ ribs (B250). The selection of wines and beers, such as Trappe (B240)  is pretty exciting, too.
