For your next visit to Tokyo, after wandering around Ginza and window shopping at Omotesando Hills, you might want to add the Armani/Ristorante Wine Lounge to your itinerary. The Italian fashion house has just turned its former private club on its Ginza store’s 10th level into a fine-dining eatery, which is the world’s third, and Asia’s first, Armani restaurant. The duplex restaurant and wine bar, decked out in gold and brown hues, features 120 seats for a proper dining experience with Chef Enrico Derflinger on the first floor and an alfresco wine bar on the second floor. Its forte is, of course, Italian wine, especially from Franciacorta, Lombardy. For more information, got to www.armani-ristorante.jp.
