Expect modern Chinese fare, an open-concept kitchen and a stunning space that comfortably seats 150 hungry diners.

The best way to sample chef Leong's creations? Simply order the eight- ($180) or ten-course ($250) discovery menus, featuring dishes like hot and sour seafood soup with Hokkaido uni (sea urchin).
