It seems like the second branch of the Water Library (The Grass Thonglor, 264/1 Soi Thonglor, 02-714-9292-3) isn’t messing about. They’ve done away with the a la carte menu, and expect every diner to arrive at 7pm sharp for their 12-course monthly set menu (B8,400 with wine pairing and B6,600 for dinner only).
