In a fairly unusual twist, Thai wines are being paired with imported seafood. The wine is from Siam Winery and PB Valley Khao Yai, while the food will be prepared by Chef Maurice Lawson from Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen in New York. The six-course set menu (B2,500) includes such delicacies as deep-fried lobster ravioli in herbed butter with Sawadee Chenin Blanc 2010, Khao Yai, or blackened snapper with gnocchi and Dungeness crab hash together with PB Valley Reserve Chenin Blanc 2010. Hurry, through Jan 21 only, at Seafood Bar (Somerset Lake Place, 41 Sukhumvit Soi 16, 02-663-8863).
