Can’t get enough of volunteering? Satun needs you. This year, the beginning of travel season will feature not only festive events, like the one taking place on Nov 18 at Pakbara Viewpoint in La Ngu district, but the province is also encouraging travelers to participate in Rak Lae Pah Fa Satun. This sees volunteers help collect debris and clean the beaches at several islands including the popular Adang, Rawi, Khai and Lipe islands during Nov 19-21. Around 400 volunteers are needed from other provinces (300 from Satun itself) and the registration fee is B500, which covers all meals and all transportation between islands. (Transportation to Satun is not included.) More information at 074-712-380 ext.108, satunpao.go.th/raklae
