Petchaburi’s annual Feast-Fish-Flock Festival (Kin Hoy, Doo Nok, Tok Muek) returns for its third year during Sep 24-Oct 2 at Cha Am Beach View Point. The festival comes at the peak season for a lot of migratory birds visiting Thailand from the north—perfect for bird watchers.
