Michelin chef Albert Tse serves up contemporary Chinese dishes, plus a master class at Liu

Another week, another Michelin chef but at least this time you might be able to pick up some tips as well as enjoy their food. Dubbed a Culinary Art Master by Escoffier, Chef Albert Tse is popping in from his China Blue Restaurant in Tokyo. He’ll be at Liu (Conrad Bangkok, 87 Wireless Rd., 02-690-9299) from Aug 4-11, dishing up a special menu of modern Chinese cuisine. On Aug 6, from 10am-noon, he's also holding a Michelin Star Cooking Class for B1,750 per person, which includes lunch and a certificate.
