A long-time friend of Rossini, Italian chef Alfredo Russo is in town, serving two different degustations (four-course and five-course) with wine pairing option. Expect dishes like slow cooked duck leg with citrus, veal tongue, beetroot and balsamic vinegar and hearty roasted gnocchi with smoked speck and fontina cheese sauce.
