InterContinental Bangkok is getting decadent with its weekend seafood buffet at Espresso, the hotel’s sleek all-day dining venue found on the mezzanine level. Served Fri-Sun from 6-10:30pm, the spread includes mountains of premium seafood on ice—think Irish oysters, lumpfish roe, and a lineup of caviar (yes, multiple kinds). You’ll also find unlimited Canadian lobster, golden king crab legs, New Zealand mussels, and roasted river prawns in turmeric-garlic chilli sauce (we’ve had these, and they’re amazing), alongside grilled-to-order wagyu steak, lamb chops, and rock lobster. From the Chinese station, expect crispy pork belly and Peking duck. For dessert, there’s a live Crepe Suzette station and mango sticky rice, plus a chocolate fountain with all the trimmings. There are awesome jazz performances that really set the scene, too.
