Smash and old-fashioned, the new outdoor space at Marche serves no-nonsense burgers.

Getting back to burger basics is all the rage these days. Patties, a bun, cheese, and a little something extra. No Drama burger started out in Silom at the Chong Nonsi BTS stop, and now they’ve opened up their new outdoor space at Marche.

No Drama says it all. Their menu features simple burgers using dry-aged beef, homemade brioche buns, their own special sauce, cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, and pickles. For their smash burgers, you can order one to four patties, and the juicy OG options go from their classic (B199) to a super bacon burger (B299).

The brioche buns are toasty and a little on the greasy side (in a good way) and every patty you get comes with more cheese. The gut-buster on the menu is the Fourstacks Cheeseburger, featuring four smashed patties separated with cheese.

Despite a slow opening, Marche is bringing some interesting bites for the Thonglor crowd, recently with the opening of Baba, a new Indian dining space with creative takes, along with the likes of Salad Stop and nightlife spaces like Echelon.

No Drama Burger is still available at their Silom location at Bloqyard and also available on Grab and Lineman.
