Having honed his skills in culinary capitals around the world, Chef Alessandro Frau, the mastermind behind Acqua Restaurant Phuket and Bangkok, and globally renowned Chef Olivier Limousin are reuniting to offer a fine dining journey.  

 

Chef Olivier Limousin, renowned for his Michelin-starred Parisian background and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Bangkok, has a career spanning the likes of Le Bellecour, Amphycles, and Le Taillevent, and his French culinary mastery should be a real treat at Acqua Restaurant. 

 

The four hands dinner offers a meticulously crafted multi-course menu (B6800) that fuses Chef Limousin’s French finesse with Acqua’s renowned Italian and Mediterranean fusion.

 

Phuket’s 14-years-and-counting Acqua opened a second branch in Bangkok last year, bringing their familiar Sardinian tastes and dishes to the Big Mango. Ranking in BK’s Top Tables 2022, some might say Acqua has the best wine list in town.
