The award-winning chef takes over before the restaurant closes for a month of renovation.

BK’s No.1 ranked restaurant at Top Tables 2022 will be taken over by the Chef Mauro Colagreco on Mar 22 and 23 before Cote by Mauro Colagreco closes for a month-long renovation.

Cote will close at the end of April, but not before bringing in its namesake along with Chef Davide to create spring dishes with ingredients from the plush Capella Bangkok’s Greenhouse and organic farmers around Thailand.

The nine-course ‘Carte Blanche’ tasting menu is priced at B12,000 per person and will feature three servings over two days: one on Wednesday at 6pm, and two on Thursday for lunch at noon and dinner at 6pm. Wine and champagne pairings are also on offer.

Italian-Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco teamed up with Capella Bangkok to launch Cote in the second half of 2020, and has been quick to win plaudits from fine diners the world over, including a Michelin star. The space is set above the hotel lobby of Capella Bangkok, and looks out over the Chaophraya.
