You may be familiar with Suan Phlu’s Smokey Cat, the roaster-slash-cafe serving high-quality coffee with inviting, cozy interiors. Well, starting this Friday and Saturday, from 6.30pm onwards, your regular coffee spot will transform into a chill wine bar under the new alias: Smokey Cat Wine Room.

Here, the drinks are available both by glass and bottle and are reasonably priced, starting from B330 per glass and B1,500 for a bottle of Atlan & Artisan’s Mosel Riesling (2020) to Cep Vineyards Pinot Noir (B3,400). Order a charcuterie plate (B350), mixed cheese plate (B350), or both cold cuts and cheese (B650) to pair with your wine.

Fans of Volk’s bagel can also order his smoked salmon and capers (B220), featuring cream cheese, smoked salmon, shallots, and capers on a bagel. For those who crave caffeine at nightly hours, the usual coffee drinks at Smokey Cat are still available.
