Under the watchful eye of chef Vichit Mukura, who headed the Mandarin Oriental’s Sala Rim Naam for 28 years, Khao dishes out weekly set menus for two-to-four people—each featuring four traditional Thai dishes, rice, and a dessert to complete the meal—priced between B1,250-B1,350. Options include tom yum goong (sour Thai soup with river prawns), gaeng kiew wan (green curry) with mellow pork cheeks, and nam prik kai poo (chilli dipping sauce made of crab roe).
