Who says self-isolation has to be boring?

By now, social distancing is getting the better of all of us, meaning there's never been a more important time to take stock of your mental health. Thai artist and therapist Dujdao Vadhanapakorn recently told us that writing a diary can be a great way to clear your mind, which is why we're so enamoured with this “Dear, Quarantine Life” notebook by local stationery brand Awake.

The self-help notebook is designed to make you feel positive about your day-to-day, encouraging you to stay healthy and grounded. Its minimal yet aesthetically pleasing pages feature a “Healthy Checklist” for keeping track of your daily physical symptoms; a “Mood of the day” section, where you can check-in with your mental health using “mood” stickers; a work from home “To-do-list;” a corner for “Today’s Menu,” where you can jot down your daily food intake; a timetable to write down when and where you go out; and a small space for quick scribbles and doodles.

The notebook is priced at B240; part of the proceeds goes towards producing quarantine notebooks for hospitals to hand out to Covid-19 patients.
