Tropic City will celebrate Thailand Rum Week by welcoming Martin Cate, the owner of San Francisco-based tiki bar Smuggler's Cove—famous for holding the largest rum selection in the United States and winner of a slew of awards including the Spirited Award at Tales Of The Cocktail. Together, the bartenders will recreate some of the iconic tiki cocktails from Smuggler's Cove.
