If you’ve ever attempted to book a table at Sushi Masato, you’ll know it’s nigh on impossible unless you’re willing to clear your diary way into the future.

Well, here’s some good news: the secretive Sushi & Bar Masato has opened above the omakase hot spot and it’s all about walk-ins.

From the simple Japanese-style wood bar, Japanese-inflected cocktails like the Shisho Mojito (B350) are served, while Masato’s famous sushi can be ordered from downstairs direct to the bar, starting at B200/piece and ranging from around B1,200-2,200 for five to 10 pieces.
