Ricardo Villalobos will make his long-awaited Bangkok debut on Dec 22.

Local promoters SixSix Asia (who just brought us 2ManyDJs) and HUH? (present of Kindness, Coucou Chloe and more) have teamed up with Asahi Super Dry to bring the Chilean-German techno icon to Live Arena RCA as part of Beat and Beyond nightlife series. 

He'll be supported by ATMA of the Kolour collective.

No word on ticket prices yet, but general admission is expected to go on sale soon. We'll be updating this story once the full details are announced. 

Born in Chile but raised in Germany, Villalobos is considered one of the biggest names working in the minimal techno and microhouse genres since popping up in the early '90s. His DJ sets are marked by masterful mixing, a wildy varying selection of deep cuts and frequently out-there behavior.
