The people behind Wine Garage, the online artisanal wine shop, will join forces with Jordan Cortes, the head sommelier at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (#3 in Top Tables 2018), for an afternoon workshop on May 22 dedicated to food and wine pairing.

Cortes, originally from northern Spain, has worked in Michelin restaurants throughout Europe including a three-year stint with Robuchon in London.

For B5,500 you’ll taste a variety of bubbles, whites and reds with Cortes offering guidance on complementary and contrasting pairing possibilities. It’ll all take place at The Cookhouse Number 9, a private supper club on Sukhumvit Soi 30, whose chefs are Le Cordon Bleu London grads, from 2-5pm.
