With Ari gearing up for Ari Hills, now Phra Khanong is getting set to welcome a new major mall development.

Situated right next to the BTS line on Sukhumvit Road, the five-rai, three-story Summer Hill community mall is on track to open by September.

Renderings show an open-air design replete with dangling tropical greenery—no surprise, then, that it comes from Boutique Corporation, the same guys behind Rain Hill mall. See below for a more realistic look at how the mall is developing. 

They’re promising 40 retail stores, along with the usual co-working space, gym and office spaces.
