Pattaya's hit beachside container cafe, Skoop Beach Cafe, has expanded to a second branch in Hua Hin (Veranda Residence Hua Hin, Khao Takiap, 098-250-6881, www.fb.com/skoophuahin). 

The new spot sits on what is said to be Hua Hin’s last piece of private beach, at Veranda Residence resort. The vibe is similar to the Pattaya counterpart—indoor and outdoor seating, nautical bean bags—an so too is the menu of refreshing popsicle drinks, creamy milkshakes, cutesy waffles, soft-baked cookies and colorful ice-cream sandwiches. 

Here, they also do an all-day brunch menu, featuring dishes like bacon-wrapped asparagus eggs Benedict, sweet potato fries with truffle mayonnaise, and cheesy scrambled eggs with prosciutto on toast.  

It’s also only minutes away from the architectural awesomeness of Air Space Hua Hin. With so many new openings around Hua Hin this year, you're definitely spoiled for choice this summer.
