The flavor even has a hint of Earl Grey tea.

After the arrival of Australia's Melbourne Gin Company and Four Pillars in Bangkok, we now have another must-try boutique gin bottle to try—this one from London.

London No 1 Gin is distilled right in the heart of England's capital, and that blue tint you see in the photograph is actaully the color of the spirit itself, not just a blue bottle like Bombay Sapphire.

It also tastes way different to Bombay. The blue color comes from iris flowers, which its creators say they add to the mix to add complexity to the juniper. As well as standard gin botanicals like coriander, angelica, lemon peel, orange peel and cinnamon, it also features the less-common flavors of gardenia and bergamot, which gives the slightest aroma of Earl Grey tea. How very British.

For now, you'll find it behind the bar at Cru Champagne, Islero, Arroz, Casa Teo, W Bangkok and St. Regis. A London No 1 G&T at Islero goes for B280.
