1. You can get your groceries cooked on the spot by highly-trained chefs
At the impressive new Gourmet Market (see below), you'll find the dine-in You Hunt We Cook counter. Hunt out your favorite ingredients from the supermarket—a juicy steak from Jagota, premium foie gras from VIVIN—then pass them over to their brigade of experienced chefs to prepare into dishes on the spot.
2. It's home the town's highest-quality imported seafood
Inside the mall's impressive Gourmet Market, you'll also find The Dock, run by seafood distribution giant Thammachart Seafood. Livestock fine de claire and Kumamoto oysters take center stage, along with wine pairings with premium Italian Giaveri caviar (starting from B1,790) and more. They also serve smoked Atlantic salmon with caviar and king scallops at B990.
3. You'll find some of Bangkok's top foodie names
Head to the mall's ground floor Dining Port zone and you'll find a host of restaurants dotted along a curved indoor canal. These include bistro favorite Greyhound Cafe, high-end deli franchise Dean & DeLuca, and everyone's favorite pizzeria, Peppina. The Neapolitan-style pizza specialist even serves the signature Blúport pizza, which features fresh seafood in Nduja sauce. For even more seafood, check out Eat View by Est. 33, which serves giant seafood buckets cooked to your preference.
4. It has rounded up Hua Hin's most delicious local treats into one place
The Blúport Food Hall and the food court are both brimming with local flavors from Phetchaburi and Hua Hin. It’s the new home of Baan Kanom Nuntawan, which serves signature Phetchaburi desserts like mo gaeng cake (Thai-style egg custard mixed with chiffon cake), as well as legendary Hua Hin names like Ratama duck noodle, Kosen roasted duck noodle, and Ko Jong kao man gai (Hainanese chicken rice). Another welcome addition is 7 Grams, a local coffee roaster from Ratchaburi which sells both pastries and coffee beans here.
