The dish: Southern Thai green curry with roasted Australian beef tenderloin and bird’s eye chili.
The drink: Mekhong Mantra (Mekhong with ginger ale finished off with a squeeze of fresh lime and garnished with a slice of ginger), whose light and clear body, and dash of ginger, makes it the ideal accompaniment for a rich and flavorful curry dish.

The dish: Osha Ocean Floral Salad which comprises flower petals topped with marinated Hokkaido scallops dressed with two Thai-style spicy sauces.
The drink: Mekhong Hanuman (Mekhong and coconut water, garnished with eatable gold leaf and served with dry-baked coconut), whose aromatic coconut character helps soften the spicy flavor of the salad.

The Art of Food and Cocktail Pairing

The perfect pairing requires a chef and mixologist to work closely together to ensure the flavors of a dish blend beautifully with those of a drink. Thai dishes are renowned for using lots of herbs, and what makes Mekhong Premium stand out as a real Thai spirit is its hint of herb in the taste. The perfect pairing is an unforgettable experience that gives diners a heightened appreciation of both the food and cocktail.
